Yes, privcmd can reserver dom0 physcal address space

We can use CPUID 2,
>From Spec,  SDM 1  3.1.11 Processor Identification register.
It says, CPUID register 2 is an ignored register(reads from this
register return zero).
We can use CPUID 2 to detect environment,
For example,
0   --> native
1   --> xen
2   --> kvm.
...
