Hi Isaku:
   After an investigation, I think your way is enough. These SAL calls need not 
be implemented now:
   1. For MCA and INIT, we don't support for guest now.
   2. For Boot Rendez, we actually wake up APs after SAL Rendez so that no use 
of these SAL calls.(See attachment).
