[Xen-merge] proto_csum_valid/blank

Has there been any discussion with the linux community about
the addition of the two proto_csum_valid/blank bits to the
sk_buff structure?  If these are critical to the function of
the netback/netfront drivers, it might be worthwhile to start
that conversation.  (Just noticed these bits when
doing preliminary reconnaisance for the port of netif to ia64.)
