[Xen-merge] [PATCH] fix i386's CPPFLAGS

This patch is a prerequisite for the next few merge patches I'm going to
send shortly; without the adjustment vmlinux.lds.S preprocessing has no
way of finding include/asm-i386/mach-*/mach_*.h files.
