[Xen-merge] [PATCH] delete x86-64's timer.h

Native Linux doesn't have this, and it wasn't really needed; with a
little bit of cleanup in arch/i386/kernel/time-xen.c and
arch/i386/kernel/cpu/common-xen.c, this is no longer needed. Jan
