This patch "completes" the VIO work for Net and Block.
It works for most xm-tests and all my manual checks.

Some xm-tests fail because they lose console because they reset  
"extra" and the domain no longer gets:
  extra = "xencons=tty128 console=tty128"

anyway, here is my net.dom script:
