Tip of tree Xen, as well as changeset b30cb72ed5e2, fail to boot on a
JS21 flashed with SLOF release FW6451.  The symptom is this:
boot_of_serial: fetching type of /ht/isa@8/system-controller@ca8failed


Broken device tree, it doesn't have a "device_type" property
there, which is not compliant to the OF specification.

Xen shouldn't fail here either of course...
