Looks like you need to install the Twisted Matrix framework. There may be a "twisted" package for your distro. You can also (IIRC) use "make install-twisted" in the top level makefile in the Xen repo to fetch and install this. See http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenFaq for a list of packages (the names should work directly on Debian, other distros may use slightly different names).
