You have a typo here: 182.168. It's confused about the network,
if that is really the case.

Your eth0 interface on the guest OS is not on the same subnet
as the dom0 interface. That needs to be the same.

Also, are your routes setup on the guest domain?

"netstat -rn" or "ip route show" will tell you..
