[Xen-users] dynamic CPU allocation

Hi,

Is there a way to make xen allocate CPU for domains dynamically based on 
which CPUs are idle?
I am under the impression that until you issue "xm pincpu" a domain wil 
stay on the same CPU when it was started regardless of which CPUs are 
busy or not.
