Grab the 2.6.11 tarball and put it in your Xen source tree.

Then do "make dist".

Then do:
cd linux-2.6.11-xenU
make ARCH=xen menuconfig

Set up ip tables

cd ..
make dist

I think this should work, as lng as we're preserving the config files in the 
right places.
