run "depmod" after booting dom0. that should create 
the  /lib/modules/2.6.10-xen0/modules.dep file.

I'm not sure if the default dom0 kernel config includes nfs server support, 
though. Maybe you'll have to recompile your dom0 kernel+modules to make it 
work.
