well, if you could give us some detailed information, I'm sure its easily 
fixed.

aparently xen can't access '/dev/pts/2'. did you look if that file is actually 
there? 
Do you run devfs or udev? 
Did you compile your own kernel, if yes, did you include ptsfs support?
Does the output of 'mount' contain a line like:
   devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
Do other applications using a virtual terminal work, e.g. xterm or screen?
What distribution do you run in dom0?
