I was wondering if anyone besides me has run into the problem where the system fails to boot and asks for a diskette since it could not find a NFS root filesystem.

I know this can be changed by deselecting CONFIG_NFS_ROOT and building the sources but is there a way to fix this with the binary distributions.

I have been having some issues with XEND and Gentoo and thought I would try the binary install and have run into this problem.

Thanks, Jim
