Still somewhat new to this, I have a working Xen-3 dom0 (running under gentoo) - however I can't seem to get my domU hosts working, and am at a point where I'm not sure where to look for further info.

Trying the ttylinux image:

config is:

kernel="/root/vmlinuz.domU"
memory=64
name="ttylinux"
nics = 1
ip = "192.168.0.4"
disk=['file:/root/ttylinux-xen,sda1,w']
root="/dev/sda1 ro"

booting gives (just the tail):

What would be a good approach to take to track down this problem?

Thanks,

David.
The Image for the block device is this a filesystem ? Are you able to mount it via the loop device under dom0 ?
Or is it a diskimage so you would to have it define as "sda" for the domU.

Arnd
