[Xen-users] modeprobe via_velocity it tells me invalid module format

Hello:

I recompiled my kernel ...a xen kernel from the xen
source with the module for via-velocity nic
card...when i do an modeprobe via_velocity it tells me
invalid module format ...anyone able to help??

Here is my steps I followed:


get xen-unstable-source
run "make world"
cd linux-version-xen0
make ARCH=xen menuconfig

in menuconfig i selected the via-velocity gigabit
ethernet adapter

select other missing modules

make ARCH=xen

make ARCH=xen install

make ARCH=xen modules

make ARCH=xen modules_install

make ARCH=xen install
