No, both the netmask and broadcast are correct and were assigned to
Dom0 by DHCP.

Address:   192.168.109.26
Netmask:   255.255.254.0 = 23
Network:   192.168.108.0/23
Broadcast: 192.168.109.255
HostMin:   192.168.108.1
HostMax:   192.168.109.254
Hosts/Net: 510
