Ouch, that's a lousy choice of shortcut key.

There's no ] key on many non-US keyboards - on most foreign keyboards
[, {, }, and ] are activated with fx. AltGr.  Meaning that:

 * In many applications, ctrl + altgr + ] won't work as intended.. 
Haven't tested Xen specifically, because:
 * It's quite hard for users to find or guess the correct key
combination when there's no way to directly press the keys described
as a shortcut.

Could this be changed to something better?
