On all the models of Dell PowerEdge systems (1550 dual-P3's, and 2650 
dual-Xeon's) I've tried Xen on, I've had to use the 'noapic' option to Xen 
kernel.. otherwise, I'd get hangs while loading the RAID/QLogic HBA 
drivers.. this only occurs with Xen 3 and not Xen 2, however.
