have you installed all the dependencies *before* try to compile Xen?

Here they are:

* iproute2
* bridge-utils
* python twisted >= 1.3
* gcc >= 3.3
* binutils
* make
* zlib{,-dev}
* python{,-dev} >= 2.2

Your bridge probabilly isn't working because your Fedora is lacking
the iproute and/or bridge-utils package(s).

Optionally, you can install Latex and Transfig.
