Sorry, it's me, my image was wrong, It's OK now. In DomU, interfaces
are named ethX.

Yes, the second line overwrite the first one. Ted Kaczmarek give you the
solution:
        vif = ['mac=aa:00:00:00:00:11' , 'mac=aa:00:00:00:00:12']
