I'm getting poor I/O performance on a 64-bit x86 system. 'dd
if=infile of=outfile' with a 1 GB file in an unprivileged domain takes
about three times longer than in native Linux. I'm using LVM for the
domainU filesystem. Has anyone seen this before? Any tips on
investigating the cause of this?

Thanks,
Havard
