I'm not familiar with NetBSD and Xen together, but I only wrote code for
the PCI backend/frontend to work in Linux so unless someone else has
been working on it, I think you may be out-of-luck for now. PCI driver
domain support should be available for Linux in the upcoming Xen 3.0.2
release and is currently available in the xen-unstable tree.
