Yes, I have installed Gentoo on my Xen box and Xend, tools and kernel compiled 
well using gcc-3.4.5 (current sys-devel/gcc-3.4.5 ebuild). I have used the 
xen ebuild for xen-3.0.1 which is in portage. My machine is nocona 
architecture Pentium-D x86_64.
