No, you can run all three (four) on the same core if you like. You obviously won't get the same performance, but as long as you don't require 100% CPU performance on all domains at the same time, it's going to work just fine.

Hi,
 
When using an Intel VT enabled CPU, do i need a core for each VM i want to run (assuming i want to run 3 windows instances, do i need 4 cores, 1 for Dom0 and 3 for the 3 DomU's)?
