Some of the address space below the 4GB limit is mapped to PCI
(including PCIe and PCI-X) and AGP devices, so the real memory in that
region needs to be 'hoisted' above the 4GB address space, or it won't be
accessible to the OS/hypervisor. You may need to enable this in your
system's BIOS. (keywords: remapping, hoisting) There might not be an
option, in which case it's probably already enabled.

Additionally, you'll need to enable PAE, as the last GB or so (~700MB in
your case) of your physical RAM will now be above the 4GB barrier. I'm
no expert with this, but you'll definitely need to enable PAE for Xen
itself.

I'm not sure if you need to compile the domX kernels with PAE support if
you don't want to allocate more than 2-3GB of RAM to each domain. If you
want one big domain, you'll definitely need it for that.

I'm sure one of the resident experts can answer that for you.
