Or is it possible to change CD-ROM in the drive and make DomU to see a new one?

Hello -

Here is the problem: When a Windows DomU is booted up without CD-ROM
inserted in the drive in Dom0, Windows doesn't see CD-ROM device at
all. Is there any way to make it see the drive without rebooting DomU
after putting CD-ROM in the drive?
