I've tried it several times, but it didn't worked. To install SuSE 10.1 the easiest way is to create a new partition (with LVM), tar the whole / (including all sudirs) to the new directory and use a config like this: # configuration name: name = "vm1" # usable ram: memory = 512 # kernel und initrd: kernel = "/boot/vmlinuz-xen" ramdisk = "/boot/initrd-xen" # boot device: root = "/dev/hda1" # boot to run level: extra = "3" # network interface: vif = vif = [ 'mac=00:16:3e:a1:de:dd' ] # storage devices: disk = [ 'phy:LVM1/vm1,hda1,w' ] It my case it worked. I never figured ou how to install SuSE10XEN via Yast... Jan _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
