Are you using a file as the disk device for Dom1 and Dom2? Do you have enough 
free space on the Dom0 filesystem? If it's complaining about the install 
directory being wrong, it sounds like it can't pick up the installation 
source (yet this should be the same for Dom2 as it was for Dom1 which 
worked).

If you want paste in the output from running the xenguest-install.py script 
and we'll see if there's anything obvious wrong.
