[Xen-users] DOM0 image is not a Xen-compatible Elf image

Hi all ...

i have completely same problem as

i have debian sarge, gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-13), xen-3.0.2-src.tzg

i have compiled xen, tools and kernel (changing just processor type), made deb 
package, installed it, made initramfs image and mbootpack (for lilo)

shortly after xen boots i get "DOM0 image is not a Xen-compatible Elf image" 
and after 5secs reboot

i also have second machine (neraly same HW) with debian etch and runnig same 
version of xen same way (deb package, lilo etc.) with no problems

can anyone pleas help me ???
