Hi!

I have the same problem! Any issues?

My configuration file is :

name="vm01"
kernel="/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.16-xen"
root="/dev/hda1"
memory=17
disk=['file:/vserver/images/vm01.img,hda1,w','file:/vserver/images/ 
vm01-swap.img,hda2,w']
# network
vif=[ '' ]
dhcp="off"
ip="192.168.1.11"
netmask="255.255.255.0"
gateway="192.168.1.1"
hostname="vm01"

extra="3"

When domU run the ip, hostname, ... aren't configured automatically  
with the conf file. I haven't this problem with xen3.0.1.
My workstation configuration :

512 RAM
Intel Mobile technologie
Debian Sarge 3.1
