I see this feature in other virtualization systems, but can't find any mention of it in Xen. Can Xen give a guaranteed minimum amount of ram to a VM, but allow it to take more to a certain limit if required? The VMs certainly handle having the amount of memory they have changed manually with "xm mem-set", so doesn't seem so far fetched an idea.
