On Domain0 the physical (ie, the ones on the back of the machine) follow the 
same convention. The bridges to the XenGuests are called vif*. 

On the XenGuests they see the bridges as "normal" interfaces (like eth0, eth1)

You can redefine the XenGuest's MAC Addresses (if you don't they are randomly 
picked from a block of MACs that Xen "owns")
