What exactly did you put into /etc/inittab in the DomUs?

I have a couple of VMs running Suse (on damain 0 FC) and I want them to
boot up on single mode. I modified /etc/inittab of the guest domains and
they STILL boot on run level 4. Any idea what can I be doing wrong?

Thanks,
