Today, you can only use fully virtualized guests in "mixed bitness", and
full-virtualization guests can not migrate at this time... So the answer
is no. 

Of course, both the para-virtualized "different bitness" and the
"migration of fully-virtualized guest" are being worked on, but I'm not
in a position to say when either one will be available...
