[Xen-users] Xen DomU error : Error creating domain: Device 769 (vbd) could not be connected. Hotplug scripts not working

Hello,
I am trying to create a Xen guest Domain via NFS .
The server is also located on the same subnet.
On trying to do so am getting the error : 
Device 769 (vbd) could not be connected. Hotplug
scripts not working.
And here are the logs:
