[Xen-users] xentop and top

Hi,
I've noticed that top and xentop running on dom0 don't always report the same 
cpu usage, and I'm wondering if this is normal?

For example, when installing a new domU and the fedora installer is doing a rpm 
transaction check, xentop reports that the new domU is at 100% usage. However, 
top on dom0 reports both real cpus at 100% idle.
