Is this because :

 - Sarge / Etch is not seeing your hardware,
 - GNU Linux feels strange managing when your used to whitebox flavor
 - You are getting a specific error or have some problem installing?

There are so many "unofficial" install packages for Debian, Ubuntu, Etc
that the novelty of xen-via-yum has really worn off for people. Have you
tried backports.org ?

I think you'll find Debian makes things easier once you get past the
point of installing, in particular where networking and bridging are
concerned.

Can you shed some light on why Debian isn't working for you? I've always
found sarge to be the best host for Xen.

Thanks
