Also, Xen doesn't use a bzImage, it does use the raw vmlinuz image,
since the kernel is loaded using the "multiboot" method in Grub. This is
used to load Xen itself, the kernel and if needed the initrd. So the
lack of bzImage is simply that the kernel is complete without it.
