Me again...

If I leave the laptop sitting there for about 15mins, it tries to carry on screams through many lines of messages and ends in a Kernel Pannic, and says that it can't locate the memdisk to load the kernel, and that I should append valid boot parameters.

Is this about the fields in the grub boot param files?
