That did a trick almost ;) 
I couldn't install udev due to installtion errors:
Populating the new /dev filesystem temporarily mounted on
/tmp/udev/Q03YFx/...
ln: creating symbolic link `/tmp/udev.A03YFx/.static/dev/initctl' to
`/dev/.static/dev/.static/dev/initctl': No such file or directory
mount: special device /dev/pts does not exist
dpkg: error processing udev (--configure)

So I updated init manually:
#update-rc.d -f udev start 03 S .
#update-rc.d -f udev-mtab start 36 S .

And after reboot everything seems to be fine.
