[Xen-users] Proposal for a xen-users(/devel?) netiquette

on top of putting it at the subscription page (which probably many people won't
read), I would automatically send them as a mail to the list every month or so,
as it is done in many newsgroups, as a gentle reminder of what is considered
appropriate behaviour (and as a reminder of how to write a decent question:
there are so many posts that you know from the very beginning that nobody is
going to be bothered to reply because they are so poorly written).
