Anthony has already pointed out that you've mistaken this for something
it's not.

You used to be able to use the web interface provided by xensv, but I
believe it's been broken for quite a while now.

You may like to look into Enomalism (http://www.enomalism.com/) or Argo
(http://xen-tools.org/software/argo/).
