ok. this is what I did.

cd /usr/src/
wget squashfs3.1-r2.tar.gz
tar zxvf squashfs3.1-r2.tar.gz

cd /usr/src/xen-3.0.2-2/linux-2.6.16-xen
cp /usr/src/squashfs3.1-r2/linux-2.6.16/squashfs3.1-patch ./

patch -p1 < squashfs-patch

make linux-2.6-xen-config CONFIGMODE=menuconfig
make linux-2.6-xen-build
make linux-2.6-xen-install

it works, but what would the proceedure be on a fresh xen instalation?

Cheers.
Chris.

Hi all,

I'd like to compile a squashfs module for my xen kernel.
I cannot see an option in
make linux-2.6-xen-config CONFIGMODE=menuconfig
so I guess I need to patch the kernel, right?

Can someone explain this to me?

Thankyou.
Chris.
