I installed SLES10 with xen in DELL dimension 2400, it have a
broadcom 4401 NIC(modules name is b44), the xen kernel version is
2.6.16.21-0.8-xen, the kernel looks do not support this NIC, may I
change the kernel to support this NIC?

In the output of "xen dmesg", it has some lines:

intel8x0_measure_ac97_clock: measured 51913 usecs
intel8x0: clocking to 48000
b44.c:v1.00 (Apr 7, 2006)
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:01:09.0[A] -> GSI 17 (level, low) -> IRQ 20
b44: No usable DMA configuration, aborting.
b44: probe of 0000:01:09.0 failed with error -5
