To install a Linux kernel under HVM (which is the Xen term for AMD-V and Intel VT combined): You need to have a CD-ROM (or image) that you can use as an installation media, and then use the xmexample.hvm as a template for your installation. There's plenty of examples of how to do this, if you use google, I'm pretty sure you can find some good material. -- Mats > -----Original Message----- > From: xen-users-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:xen-users-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of > octane indice > Sent: 11 October 2006 12:10 > To: xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [Xen-users] new CPU with VT and installation > > Hello > > I have some questions. > > It saids that new CPU will accepts OS without any modifications, OK? > > I have a debian on a Dual Xeon box.
