You could probably pull from the Xen IB tree into a xen-unstable tree and then 
fix up using hg merge.   This would get you a tree with both sets of 
features, but might be tedious depending on how far they've diverged.

Depending on your needs, it might be better to just switch to the Xen+IB tree, 
or to wait for a release that includes it.
