I don't know what different from para and fully virtualized vm ?

paravirtualised is software virtualisation while fully virtualised vm is when virtualisation is supported in the chipset (VT -enabled processor). Most probabily you will be having to use the para-virtualised examples.. unless you have the latest VT -enabled processor.
