I was beginning to loose confidence in Xen and give up on it, but I
downloaded the LiveCD and booted from it and was amazed that the machine
(athlon 64 -x2, AM2 socket worked flawlessly in full virtualization.

Also getting some info from the mail list tonight realy helped. Now to
find out what is wrong with the setup now that I am sure hardware is
working.
