I'm having the same issues with documentation.  I installed from binary
tarball, there is no PDF manual, and there is no man pages.  Where is the
documentation?  Any links?

BTW: When checking for a revised manual on Friday, I just found the old one
I have 
already. I also tried to find out details about the new features in 3.0.3,
but I 
also failed. Where are users supposed to look at?
